The Mikado or The Town of Titipu, one of the best known of Gilbert and Sullivan’s comic operas, received its premiere at the Savoy Theatre in London on March 14, 1885. This enticing revival is directed by Molly Noble, with musical direction by Deborah Benedict. Co-produced by Susie Stitt of West Marin Players and the Dance Palace, featuring an all-Marin cast. A special opening night gala on Friday, July 20, in the Dance Palace Church Space.
